Hi, I’m Eadaoin!

I moved to Toronto from Dublin, Ireland, in 2013 and never looked back. This city has had a huge influence on my creative growth. From local meet-ups to design talks and conferences, the energy here keeps me curious and connected. The community’s relentless drive to explore new ideas has pushed me to be better, not just as a designer, but as a thinker and collaborator.

Design isn’t just a job for me — it’s a lens through which I see the world. From runway fashion to lifesaving medical tech, the way things are designed shapes how we live, how we feel, and how we connect. I still get a genuine buzz out of creating something that didn’t exist yesterday.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve moved well beyond pixels. I started as a visual designer, making static work that popped visually and solved communication problems. Today, I help guide products and organizations through real strategic transformation. I’ve had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams, shaping design systems, scaling digital experiences and working with clients ranging from startups to enterprise brands. Along the way, I’ve worn a lot of hats — problem solver, facilitator, mentor, strategist — and I’ve learned that great design isn’t just what something looks like, it’s how it works, how it grows, and how it makes people feel.

I’m a big believer that design should look good, work well, and be meaningful. Whether it’s a mobile app, a loyalty ecosystem, or the way a team collaborates — every detail matters. I’m relentless in my search for knowledge, constantly seeking fresh challenges, and genuine about my belief that design will shape the future of how we live and work.

Design isn’t just in everything we make — it’s between those things. It’s craft, science, storytelling, strategy, empathy and all the messy in between.
